Clinical Director & Supervisor
Individual Adults, Teens, and Couples

Welcome!
I am one of the clinical directors and supervisors here at Denver Affordable Counseling. I work to provide a safe and non-judgmental space built on compassion, empathy, and collaboration, in which you are the expert of your own life and I will meet you where you are to help you discover and fulfill your goals and values. I believe authenticity within the therapeutic relationship promotes an environment that can foster deeper healing and understanding of self. Your expression and exploration in therapy, whatever it may be, will be met with warmth and compassionate feedback.
I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and couples, and I offer an eclectic approach to therapy: often using a combination of art therapy with person-centered, relational, trauma-informed, and existential approaches alongside ACT, DBT, and CBT interventions. I enjoy working most with those struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, communication, identity, and trauma. I also have a particular passion for aging, end of life, death/death anxiety, and grief & loss work. Together, I hope to help you forge a new path that provides more sustainability in your happiness, healing, and growth!
I also love working with new clinicians and helping foster their growth through supervision and training. It brings a great sense of fulfillment and joy to be a part of this learning and collaborative care community! Should you have any questions or concerns about myself or my team, please don't hesitate to reach out!
