A Message to Our Clients and Community

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of our practice. We are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us and the opportunity we have had to serve our clients and the Denver community. We thank every individual, couple, and family who allowed us to be a part of their journey toward healing and growth.

 

Important Dates and Next Steps:

1. Final Date of Service

• December 14, 2025 will be the last day for scheduled appointments.

2. Records and Referrals

• We understand the importance of continuity of care. Please contact us immediately if you require assistance with a referral to a new therapist.

• We will retain all client records in accordance with Colorado state law and HIPAA regulations.

• To request a copy of your records or authorize their transfer to a new provider, please contact us by email at admin@denveraffordablecounseling.com
