Fees and Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. For those who are uninsured or underinsured we offer a sliding scale option.
Sliding Scale Option
We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. That's why we offer a sliding scale based on your household income and family size. This ensures our services are accessible to those who are uninsured or underinsured.
Household income includes; wages, benefits, pensions, and investments.
Family size includes; head of household, spouce or significant other and any dependent children.
Our Commitment to Inclusivity
We welcome everyone, regardless of their ability to pay, race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Ready to Get Started?
Click the "New Client Application" button, complete the form, and a therapist will reach out within two business days to schedule a session or add you to our waitlist.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged for your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee, which is not covered by insurance.
While Medicaid clients are not charged for missed appointments, we ask that you also adhere to our cancellation policy. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in discontinuation of services.
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
If you don't have insurance or aren't using it for your care, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" detailing the expected cost of your treatment. This includes costs for services, medical tests, medications, equipment, and hospital fees.
Your provider is required to give you this estimate in writing at least one business day before your appointment or procedure. You can also request one before scheduling services. If your final bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you can dispute it.
For more information on your right to a Good Faith Estimate, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
If you have other questions about payment and fees, please discuss them with your provider or contact us.
