Originally from Dallas, Texas, I pursued my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. My academic journey provided me with a strong foundation in counseling theory and practice, equipping me with the knowledge and tools to effectively address a wide range of mental health concerns. I am committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of mental health.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado, I specialize in working with individuals struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), mood disorders, and personality disorders. My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based practices. I have a passion for helping individuals develop the skills and strategies to manage their symptoms, improve their overall well-being, and lead fulfilling lives.
