We will review your application and have one of our therapists contact you to schedule an appointment. We try to respond as quickly as possible, however, it may take up to 2 business days, excluding holidays (Monday - Friday).

We ask for payment at the time of booking to guarantee your initial appointment. After the first appointment, payment is due at each visit. We do not accept cash, or check. We do accept HSA cards, credit and debit cards.
