Lindyn Holt BA

Hi there, I’m Lindyn (she/her) like the tree or the president. I received my BA from UNC in Greeley, and have been pursuing my Masters in Counseling from Regis University since 2019. I’m currently working as an intern, and have primarily worked with trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My goal as a counselor is to explore your story—understanding how each piece of your life contributes to the easy and difficult parts of your experience. Outside of counseling, I love to hike and camp, and during the winter I enjoy crocheting, jewelry making, and cooking!
