Kaley Blair BA
Counseling Intern
Hello there! My name is Kaley (she/her). While I wasn’t born in Colorado, I moved here when I was eight, so I often pretend I am a native. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy. Outside of the office, you can find me drinking coffee with a good book, drinking coffee and playing games, or spending time with my family and friends (while also drinking coffee).
I approach therapy with the idea that the systems we exist in shape who we are as humans, informing our beliefs, values, and how we think and feel about ourselves and others. I strive to create a curious and collaborative environment and work with you to meet your goals. I am passionate about helping people strengthen their connections to themselves, their partners, and their families to increase emotional bonds, intimacy, and form secure relationships.
As a therapist, I am sex positive and sex, gender, and sexuality affirming. I approach clients with empathy and humility to support them in effectively increasing their capacities for awareness, regulation, and resilience. I have completed trainings in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am interested in working with individuals, families, and romantic relationships of all kinds. My special areas of focus are personal identity, intergenerational trauma, sex and intimacy, and individuals and relationships facing chronic pain and illness.
