Individual Counseling

In individual therapy you will work one on one with a trained therapist whose role is to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where you can explore and work through challenging situations, experiences, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

How do I get started in therapy? 

Getting started is simple. Fill out our online application for services and one of our counselors will contact you within 2 business days to schedule an appointment. If you are not satisfied with your counselor, you can email us and we will happily arrange for you to meet with a different counselor.
